How do I create an account?
1. Visit growinginbrotherhood.com/join.
2. Click Sign Up and enter your email, name, and a secure password.
3. Verify your email via the confirmation link we send.
4. Complete your profile (optional but recommended for personalized content and community matching).

What is Growing in Brotherhood?
We’re a faith-based ministry for men pursuing godly manhood through Scripture, accountability, brotherhood, and practical leadership tools. Founded alongside Growing in Sisterhood, we offer podcasts (like Morning Glory), devotionals, online forums, virtual events, and coaching to help you “encourage one another and build each other up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).
Account & Login Issues
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
• Go to the login page and click Forgot Password?
• Enter your email—we’ll send a reset link (valid for 1 hour).
• Check spam/junk if it doesn’t arrive in 5 minutes.
Can’t log in or access my account?
• Clear your browser cache/cookies or try incognito mode.
• Ensure you’re using a supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions).
• Disable VPN/ad blockers temporarily.
• Still stuck? Submit a ticket with your email and error message.
How do I update my profile or email?
Log in > Click your profile icon > Account Settings. Update info and save. Email changes require verification.
Why was my account suspended?
We suspend for policy violations (e.g., spam, harassment—see Terms of Use). Appeal via support@growinginbrotherhood.com with your account details.

How do I access member-only devotionals or videos?
Upgrade to Brotherhood Inner Circle ($9.99/month or $99/year):
1. Log in > Membership tab.
2. Choose plan and pay securely via Stripe.

Why can’t I post or my post was deleted?
Posts violating Community Guidelines:

How are forums moderated?
Trained volunteer moderators + AI filters review posts. We prioritize unity and edification.
Events & Recordings
How do I register for live events or podcast recordings?
• Browse Events Calendar.
• Click Register > Select slot via Calendly.
• Free events: RSVP only. Paid: Secure checkout.
Popular: Sunday recordings (12-6 PM EST), monthly brotherhood summits.
What if I miss a live event?
Recordings emailed to registrants within 24 hours (premium members get archives). Public replays on YouTube after editing.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
• 48+ hours notice: Full refund.
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
• <24 hours/No-show: No refund (but credit for future event).
Podcast Guest? What to Expect
• We’ll email studio link (Riverside.fm) 30 mins prior.
• Test audio/video beforehand.
• Sessions: 45-60 mins. Casual, Spirit-led talks.
Donations & Purchases
How do I donate or buy merch/coaching?

All USD, tax-deductible where applicable (501(c)(3) pending).
Refunds for purchases?
