At Growing in Brotherhood, our volunteer and intern family is the heartbeat of our ministry. These non-paid positions offer hands-on ministry experience, spiritual growth, brotherhood accountability, and real impact without the demands of full-time employment. Whether you’re a college student seeking internship credit, a professional wanting to serve part-time, or a retiree with a heart for men’s ministry, your gifts can transform lives.

Founded in Detroit, Michigan, alongside Growing in Sisterhood, we serve 50,000+ monthly podcast listeners (Morning Glory series), 10,000+ website visitors, and 5,000+ community members through forums, events, and coaching. Volunteers and interns don’t just “help”—they co-lead, gaining leadership experience while building godly men.

Mission: Intercede for Morning Glory guests and listeners.

2. Social Media Encourager (8-10 hrs/wk, Remote)

Mission: Share hope-filled content across platforms.

•Create TikTok/Instagram Reels from podcast clips (Canva templates).

•Schedule posts (Buffer/Hootsuite training).

•Engage comments with brotherhood voice.

•Tools: Canva (free), CapCut, AI clip generators.

3. Community Forum Welcomer (6 hrs/wk, Remote)

Mission: Help new brothers feel at home.

•Greet new members, answer basic questions.
